I travel between Europe and the US frequently so travel costs differ from each wedding depending on where I am traveling from. In some cases travel may be discounted based on availability and location. Please inquire to receive an accurate quote.

It depends on your wedding size and timeline, but 8-10 hours typically covers everything from getting ready to the main reception events. Extra hours can be added but time cannot be reduced. I only recommend 6 hours if it's a small wedding/elopement and there's no wedding party. I know weddings can be a full weekend celebration, my packages have a la cart options so you can build a custom package that suits your needs.

I highly recommend adding a second shooter to your coverage if you have a large wedding or are seeking a documentary style gallery. A second shooter is great for capturing different angles, candids, and moments happening simultaneously like both partners getting ready or getting both people’s reactions during a reveal moment. 

For weddings and large events I take 10 to 12 weeks for full galleries, but I send sneak peeks within a few days so you have something to share right away!

For all circumstances, your retainer is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your session at any time up to one week of your portrait photoshoot, or one month of your wedding. Partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined by circumstance and time of cancellation. 

The most important thing for great photos is your confidence. So, I recommend that you wear your real clothes and your makeup in a way that makes you feel like you. 

For all travel weddings, elopements, and portrait sessions outside of Miami, we will evaluate a fair price determined by the cost of the flight on a primary airline, the cost of a reasonable (3 stars and above) accommodations for all days and nights required to arrive, plan, and execute the session (including things like location scouting). This price is not included in the base service cost. Travel within a 45 minute radius from the Airport is included in session costs. Beyond that, there may be a travel fee applied based on travel time.
